The present invention relates to a composition for the formation of an electrode of a solar cell, and the composition comprises: silver powder; bismuth trioxide-tellurium dioxide-tungsten trioxide-lithium oxide-silicon dioxide-based glass frit; and an organic vehicle, wherein the glass frit comprises 40-50 wt% of bismuth trioxide, 30-40 wt% of tellurium dioxide, 5-15 wt% of tungsten trioxide, 1-3 wt% of lithium oxide, and 5-15 wt% of silicon dioxide. An electrode of a solar cell manufactured from the composition has minimized series resistance (Rs), thus providing an improved fill factor and conversion efficiency. |
