According to an embodiment of the present invention, a dynamic thermal management method of an application processor storing a first DVFS table and a second DVFS table includes the steps of: comparing the surface temperature of a mobile device and the limit of the surface temperature; adjusting the performance of the application processor by referring to a first DVFS table when the surface temperature of the mobile device is lower than the limit of the surface temperature; and adjusting the performance of the application processor by referring to the second DVFS table.
