The present invention is to provide a charging circuit having battery polarity automatic detection function using a MOSFET to automatically connect the polarity of main power for charging by detecting the polarity of a battery mounted on a battery charging device. A charging circuit having a battery polarity automatic detection function using a MOSFET includes a terminal contact part which touches a pair of the charging terminals of a preset battery mounted on a corresponding battery charging device; a polarity detection part which outputs a corresponding signal after the plus (+) or minus (-) of a battery terminal touching the terminal contact part is determined; and a first polarity control part and a second polarity control part which apply an inputted charging voltage to the charging terminal when a switching operation is selectively performed according to the polarity detection signal from the polarity detection part.</p>
