<p>A method of manufacturing a half precast concrete (HPC) column using prefabricated PC panels includes the steps of: assembling main steel bars, inner tie bars, and diagonal tie bars to manufacture an assembled steel bar net (first step); installing a mold on a bed, placing the assembled steel bar net using a spacer, and placing concrete in the mold to prefabricating a pair of PC panels corresponding to a first PC surface and a second PC surface (second step); positioning the first PC surface and the second PC surface at both sides by separately rotating the PC panels corresponding to the first and second PC surfaces by a right angle so as to be opposite to each other, arranging the main steel bars on the upper and lower portions, and placing the concrete on a portion corresponding to a third PC surface which is positioned on the lower portion to manufacture the PC panel (third step); and positioning the third PC surface on the upper portion by rotating the assembly of the PC panel by 180 degrees, and placing the concrete on a portion corresponding to a fourth PC surface positioned in the lower portion to manufacture the PC panel (fourth step). In the third step, the first PC surface and the second PC surface are positioned at both sides so that a hollow portion is formed in the column.</p> |
