<p>The present invention relates to a structure for fixing a heat insulation cover stored in a water meter protection container. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the structure for fixing the heat insulation cover stored in the water meter protection container, which uses a movable plate of a fixing device to securely fix the heat insulation cover and controls fixing pressure by standing a hinge shaft of the fixing device vertically, repeatedly forming catching grooves and protruding pieces on the upper surface of the heat insulation cover, and forming the outside to be low and the center part to be high and inclined.
