<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a crushed vulcanized rubber having high strength and reinforcing effect compared with conventional waste-tire recycled powdery rubber. <P>SOLUTION: The modified crushed vulcanized rubber is produced by mixing and reacting the crushed vulcanized rubber, a compound having nitroxide free radical and a radical initiation agent using a hot mixer at 160-190°C. As necessary, the modified crushed vulcanized rubber is further incorporated with a radical polymerizable monomer containing an alkoxysilyl group or aryloxysilyl group and mixed and reacted at 160-190°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
