PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bi(anthrachalcogenylphenyl) derivative with high performance due to a long molecular axis, excellent antioxidative property and additionally capable of forming a semiconductive active phase by a coating method, and an antioxidative organic semiconductor material and an organic thin film using the same. SOLUTION: The bi(anthrachalcogenylphenyl) derivative is shown by general formula (1), wherein substituents T<SP>1</SP>and T<SP>2</SP>identically or differently represent a sulfur atom, a selenium atom or a tellurium atom, substituents R<SP>1</SP>to R<SP>8</SP>each represent identically or differently a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, a 1-30C alkyl group, a 4-30C aryl group, a 2-30C alkynyl group, a 2-30C alkenyl group and the symbol m represents 0 or an integer of 1.
