PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card settlement device capable of efficiently shifting from card settlement to point grant, and a program.SOLUTION: The card settlement device configured to grant points corresponding to a transaction amount comprises: reading means for reading card information being recorded on a card; settlement means for settling the transaction amount on the basis of the card information; first determination means for determining whether the card information includes a coordination code indicating coordination with a card settlement company; second determination means for determining the presence/absence of a result of granting points of the card of the card information read by the reading means on the basis of a table registering the card information of cards to which points have been granted, when the first determination means determines that the coordination code is not included; and grant means for granting points corresponding to the transaction amount when the first determination means determines that the coordination code is included or when the second determination means determines the presence of the result. |
