<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rehabilitation plan creation system capable of creating an effective and efficient rehabilitation plan for each patient. <P>SOLUTION: The rehabilitation plan creation system 1 specifies a difference between required capability corresponding to a target achievement pattern and patient's present capability in each capability element on the basis of element movement information, capability element information and required capability information stored in a capability information DB 41 in accordance with present capability information received by an inputting part 10 and achievement pattern information received by the inputting part 10, selects a rehabilitation candidate for eliminating the difference on the basis of the difference, and target capability element information and rehabilitation contents information stored in a rehabilitation information DB 42, and determines the rehabilitation candidate by which the patient's present capability satisfies capability required to execute rehabilitation as the rehabilitation that is actually performed on the basis of rehabilitation required capability information stored in the rehabilitation information DB 42 in accordance with the rehabilitation candidate, and the present rehabilitation capability information received by the inputting part 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
