<p>The present invention relates to a slicer blade 100, in particular for use in food slicing devices, in form of a circular disk, with an upper side and a lower side, wherein the upper side is the side that during operation faces the material to be cut, and wherein in the centre area a boss, surrounded by a boss area 3 is formed, and wherein at the circumference of the circular disk a cutting area 1 with a cutting edge is provided, and wherein base body 2 extends between boss area 3 and cutting area 1, characterized in that base body 2 comprises at least two steppings, wherein one stepping is provided at the interface 7 between cutting area 1 and base body 2 on the lower side of slicer blade 100, and the second stepping is provided at the interface 6 between boss area 3 and base body 2 at the lower side of slicer blade 100.</p> |
