<p>PURPOSE: Stir-fried noodles served with roasted meat and vegetables, a producing method thereof are provided to boil the fresh noodles before mixing with fruits or colored vegetables. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of stir-fried noodles served with roasted meat and vegetables comprises the following steps: measuring flour, starch powder, fermented soybean powder, and purple sweet potato(2-1); kneading the mixture with water, and extruding to obtain the noodles(3-1); boiling the noodles, and mixing with finely sliced vegetables(4-1,2-2); finely slicing meat, and mixing the meat slices with ground kiwi, a coffee extract, wine, ginger, onion juice, and soy sauce(2-3); aging the meat mixture for 1 day at room temperature(3-2); stir-frying the noodle mixture and the meat mixture using a skillet or a pan(4-2); and serving the obtained stir-fried noodles with a dish(5).</p> |
