<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head protective airbag system that prevents an edge side of an airbag from moving toward the center in a longitudinal direction, when the airbag is completely expanded, with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: In a head protective airbag system, an airbag 21 is folded and housed on an upper edge side of a window of a vehicle by mounting, on a mounting seat on a car body side, a plurality of mounting units 37 provided in parallel in a longitudinal direction. A mounting part disposed at the rear end is used as a pull-up mounting part 37F which is disposed on an upper side of a terminal-side expansion part 28, and applies an upward tensile force so as to prevent the terminal-side expansion part 28 from moving forward when expansion is completed. When the terminal-side expansion part 28 is inflated flatly and disposed in a non-expanded state while disposing the mounting parts 37 excluding the mounting part 37F at arrangement positions of mounting seats on an inflation mounting line LM which is formed by flatly inflating the mounting parts while connecting the corresponding mounting seats 3, the mounting part 37F is disposed below by a differential dimension DL from an arrangement position 3FP of a mounting seat 3F for the mounting part 37F on the inflation mounting line LM. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
