PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle power training chair, enabling aged people or recognized nursing care requiring people to do the training easily, in which different kinds of training can be added. SOLUTION: A training unit B includes a support part 21 mounted at a lower surface center on the front side of a seat part 10 by means of a rotation shaft 20 to be vertically turnable in a range from a storage position to a use position, an arm part 23 installed on a tip part of the support part 21 by means of a rotation shaft 22 to be vertically turnable, a pushing part 24 mounted at an end part of the arm part 23 to be applied to a lower leg of an examinee, and a load means 30 connected to the arm part 23 to add a load when the examinee trains the muscle.
