PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material which exhibits excellent content resistance not only to general contents but also to highly irritating contents and can, further, form a uniform adhesive layer without coagulation of a resin even when a non-aqueous solvent gets in during an adhesive layer formation; and to provide a method for producing the packaging material stably at a low cost.SOLUTION: Provided is a packaging material comprising a barrier layer, an adhesive layer, and a sealant layer which are laminated in this order, wherein the adhesive layer contains an acid-modified polyolefin resin (A) containing a (meth)acrylic ester component and a nonionic emulsifier (B), a mass ratio (A/B) of (A) and (B) is 100 to 0.1 to 5, and an amount of the adhesive layer is in a range of 0.001 to 5 g/m. |
