摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulated powder that is preferably sintered even if sintered at a relatively low temperature, capable of manufacturing a high density sintered compact, and to provide a method for manufacturing a granulated powder, which easily manufactures the granulated powder. SOLUTION: A titanium sintered compact is formed through sintering a titanium-based power, and contains a titaniumα-phase crystalline structure. The crystalline structure has an average particle size of 5-50μm and an aspect ratio of 3 or less. The titanium sintered compact has an oxygen content of 3,000 ppm (0.3 mass%) or less, by mass ratio. It is preferable that the titanium sintered compact has a nitrogen content of 1,000 ppm (0.1 mass%) or less, by mass ratio, and a carbon content of 1,500 ppm (0.15 mass%) or less, by mass ratio.
