This invention relates to a container for supplying water to an endoscope. It comprises a substantially rigid receptacle 6 with an aperture, the receptacle 6 providing an internal volume for storing the water and having a vertical axis. It further comprises a fluid conduit module 4 comprising a substantially rigid main body, a first end (56, Fig. 4) of which includes a first port 8 for connection to an air line of an endoscope and a second port 10 for connection to a water line of an endoscope. A second end of the main body (58, Fig. 4) is arranged to be engaged with and removed from the aperture of the receptacle. First and second fluid conduits 12, 14 are formed in the main body; the first conduit 12 extends between the first port 8 and the second end and the second conduit 14 extends between the second port 10 and the second end. The aperture is offset from the vertical axis of the receptacle 6, and the first end of the main body lies in the same vertical plane as the centre of gravity of the container when the fluid conduit module 4 is engaged with the receptacle and the receptacle is filled with water. |
