PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication device performing sound volume adjustment based on traffic light information. SOLUTION: A mobile communication device provided in a mobile body comprises: a sound output unit; a control unit for adjusting sound volume via the sound output unit; and a communication unit for receiving information including at least traffic light information.
