The present invention relates to technology to guarantee the reception of a product and trade prices at the same time. In an electronic guarantee system for a trade payment according to the embodiment of the present invention, an import factor system includes a conditional payment guarantee determining unit and an importer credit limit DB. According to the present invention, an exporter guarantees the reception of the trade prices if the product is not defective and an importer guarantees the duty of the payment after the product is checked. Therefore, the inconvenience of the unfair loss of the importer due to an L/C method is prevented. Also, the inconvenience of the importer and the exporter to charge costs and time for the document examination of banks is prevented and convenience is improved. |
