The present invention relates to a preparation comprising an extract of leaves, stems, and roots of Cudrania tricuspidata as an active ingredient for external skin application. According to the present invention, provided is a preparation for external skin application which comprises the Cudrania tricuspidata extract which shows excellent effects for skin whitening, alleviating wrinkles, and moisturizing and a superior effect in treatment of atopic disease.
