The present invention comprises: (a) a film attaching step of attaching a film, which is printed with a decorative pattern, to a copper plate, of which at least one side surface is a plane; (b) a decorative-pattern copper plate preparing step of performing a laser process on the copper plate, on which the film is attached in the film attaching step, along the decorative pattern of the attached film or corroding the copper plate along the decorative pattern of the film, to intaglio the decorative pattern on the copper plate, thereby preparing a decorative-pattern copper plate; (c) a printing preparing step of fixing the decorative-pattern copper plate, which is manufactured in the decorative-pattern copper plate preparing step, to a first jig of a pad printing apparatus, and fixing a buckle body to a second jig of the pad printing apparatus; (d) an ink injecting step of injecting an ink into an intaglio decorative pattern of the decorative-pattern copper plate, which is fixed to the first jig in the print preparing step, through an ink injector; (e) a pad ink transferring step of positioning a pad directly above the decorative-pattern copper plate, into which the ink is injected in the ink injecting step, and then allowing the pad to fall, thereby transferring the ink, which is injected into the decorative pattern in the pad ink transferring step, onto a lower surface of the pad; (f) a buckle body ink printing step of positioning the pad, onto which the ink is injected along the decorative pattern in the ink injecting step, directly above the buckle body fixed to the second jig, and then allowing the pad to fall, thereby printing the ink, which is transferred onto the lower surface of the pad, on the side surface of the buckle body. |
