Disclosed in the present invention are a contact and a memory card connector including the same. The contact according to the present invention is a contact inserted into a memory card connector and includes a primary fixing unit fixed by being inserted into a housing of the memory card connector in a plate shape; a plate-shaped base unit; a connection unit extended from one end of the base unit to connect the primary fixing unit; a contacting unit bent from the other end of the base unit in the direction of the primary fixing unit to be extended in a slope shape and contacted with a memory card; and a secondary fixing unit divided into a blade shape from both sides of the base unit.
