POLYOLEFIN/POLYANILINE NANOFIBER COMPOUND WITH HIGH THERMOSTABILITY AND HIGH DISPERSIBILITY

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a polyolefin composite using polyaniline nanofibers with high thermostability and high dispersibility that has high thermostability and electrical conductivity and can have high dispersibility easily. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a polyolefin/polyaniline nanofiber composite comprising the steps of (a) mixing and polymerizing aniline monomers, a sulfonic acid-based dopant and an oxidizing agent; (b) polymerizing polyaniline nanofibers by mixing the polymer in step (a) with a dispersant; and (c) processing the polymer in step (b) by adding the polymer to polyolefin resin, wherein the sulfonic acid-based dopant is one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of benzenedisulfonic acid, benzenetrisulfonic acid, benzenetetrasulfonic acid, dodecylbenzenedisulfonic acid and dodecylbenzenetrisulfonic acid.
