<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time required for determining whether trigger conditions are satisfied or not, in a data collecting device for collecting data from a data collection destination when the trigger conditions are satisfied. <P>SOLUTION: When generating two or more state machines in relation to two or more trigger conditions, a state machine synthesizing unit 102 sets pointers for connecting states included in the two or more state machines with one another, associates a corresponding trigger condition or conditions deriving from the trigger conditions with each of the pointers, and deletes a pointer representing transition that does not occur actually on the basis of conditions associated with each pointer so as to integrate the two or more state machines. A state transition/measurement collection instruction unit 105 can determine whether two or more trigger conditions are satisfied or not in one integrated state machine, and can promptly determine whether trigger conditions are satisfied or not even when there are a number of trigger conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
