<p>The present invention relates to a device for cutting a wrapper using a hot wire, which generates heat by applying electricity to a wire and cuts a wrapper using the heat, in order to prevent fluff generated by cutting the wrapper. The device comprises: a roller which presses a wrapper to be cut in order to be attached to the bottom; a transfer plate which receives and transfers the wrapper supplied from the roller; a hot wire which receives and cuts the wrapper supplied through the transfer plate; and a cylinder which operates the hot wire.</p> |
