<p>The present invention relates to a material with enhanced heat dissipating and electromagnetic wave shielding properties, which is made of a mixture of silicon resin, ferrite, a hardening agent, a flame-retardant. The silicon resin comprises room-temperature setting two-component silicon gel resin and thermosetting one-component silicon adhesive resin, wherein 90-97 parts by weight of the room-temperature setting two-component silicon gel resin and 10-3 parts by weight of the thermosetting one-component silicon adhesive resin are mixed when the silicon resin is 100 parts by weight, and the ferrite is Ni-Zn ferrite consisting of a mixture of 6-8 wt% of nickel (Ni), 10-15 wt% of zinc (Zn), and the remaining wt% of Fe_2O_3 or Fe_2O_4. According to the present invention, it is possible to produce the material which is excellent in shielding electromagnetic waves and dissipating heat, thereby contributing to electronic, electric, and communication devices which are lightweight, slim, and compact, and constituted with a small number of components.</p> |
