PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic in which pyroligneous acid or the purified liquid thereof and a cosmetic oil are dispersed, and raw material for producing a cosmetic for producing the cosmetic. SOLUTION: The cosmetic includes: pyroligneous acid or the purified liquid thereof; a cosmetic oil; and the endoplasmic reticulum of an amphiphile having a self-organizing function, and in which a water phase including the pyroligneous acid or the purified liquid thereof and an oil phase including the cosmetic oil are dispersed by the endoplasmic reticulum of the amphiphile.
