The present invention relates to manufacture of a modified conjugated-diene polymer having a silyl group where one terminal is substituted to amine and the other terminal is substituted to one or more alkoxy groups, and nitrogen atoms by synthesizing an initiator where a negative ion terminal including amine and a positive ion terminal including alkali metal exist, polymerizing combination with an aromatic vinyl monomer using the initiator, synthesizing a polymer where one terminal is modified, and coupling or reacting a compound including one or more silyl groups substituted to the alkoxy group and nitrogen atoms to the polymer. The present invention has excellent progenic properties and shows tensile strength, wear resistance, and wet surface resistance when mixing the polymer to silica as a reinforcing agent.
