Disclosed are a partially built ship having markings formed on both sides in order to recognize that the ship is tilted when a ship is launched, and a horizontality adjustment system for a partially built ship, which comprises a horizontality adjustment device installed on at least one of the both sides of the partially built ship; a buoyancy unit for providing buoyancy in order to upright the tilt partially built ship; and an air injection unit, which is installed in the partially built ship and injects air into the buoyancy unit.
