The present invention provides an actuator having an output axis in the multi-axis direction. The actuator comprises a case unit having an inner space thereinside; a horizontal output axis unit, which penetrates the upper and lower parts of the case unit and is installed along the horizontal direction to be rotatable; and an upper and lower output axis unit, which penetrates the case unit and is linearly moved along the horizontal direction.
