The present invention relates to a phantom for testing a sphygmomanometer, and an apparatus and a method for testing a sphygmomanometer using the same. The phantom for testing a sphygmomanometer has high accuracy by considering pressure transmission and reflection characteristics of human tissues. Thus, even a layman can test and check an oscillometric sphygmomanometer through the present invention. In addition, when testing the oscillometric sphygmomanometer, a test can be conducted by simulating situations of a hypertensive patient or a hypotensive patient without an actual clinical test.
