<p>In the present invention a medicinal liquid is injected through an injecting end (12) of an injection port (10) coupled with a multi-way connector or a catheter connected with the body of a patient in order to inject medicine. A syringe of the present invention comprises a cylinder (100) having a discharging hole (110) formed in the front end center thereof; a piston (200) which is coupled with the cylinder (100) so as to discharge medicine contained in the cylinder (100) through the discharging hole (110) and has a cap mounting groove (210) formed in the rear end thereof to be recessed inward; a hygienic cap (300) which has an accommodating space (310) having an open side and is inserted in the cap mounting groove of the piston (200) to be able to be attached and detached so that the open side of the accommodating space (310) faces the rear of the piston (200); and a sealing member (400) which is coupled with the hygienic cap (300) so as to cover the open side of the hygienic cap (300). The accommodating space (310) is sterilized, and an internal thread (312) which is screwed with the injecting end (12) of the injection port (10) is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the accommodating space (310), so that the hygienic cap (300) is coupled with the injecting end (12) of the injection port (10) after the medicine contained in the cylinder (100) is injected into the injection port (10).</p> |
