摘要 A flat panel display device includes a backlight system and a display panel. The backlight system includes a reflector plate and a back frame that carries the reflector plate, wherein the back frame includes at least two primary assembling pieces, which are joined to form a main frame structure of the back frame; and the reflector plate includes a substrate layer and a reflection layer formed on the substrate layer, wherein the substrate layer is of a corrugated configuration, a wavy configuration, or a square wave configuration, so as to increase the stiffness of the reflector plate and thus reduce the potential risk of easy collapse of the reflector plate occurring after the assembling of the backlight system.

A flat panel display device, comprising: a backlight system and a display panel, the backlight system comprising a reflector plate and a back frame that carries the reflector plate, wherein the back frame comprises at least two primary assembling pieces, the at least two primary assembling pieces being joined to form a main frame structure of the back frame; and the reflector plate comprises a substrate layer and a reflection layer positioned on the substrate layer, the substrate layer having a first surface comprising a plurality of ridge-and-trough structures that is distributed in a predetermined direction and receive the reflection layer to be positioned thereon and supported thereby and an opposite second surface comprising a plurality of ridge-and-trough structures distributed in the predetermined direction to respectively correspond to the plurality of ridge-and-trough structures of the first surface so as to increase stiffness of the substrate layer for preventing collapse of the reflector plate; wherein the primary assembling pieces comprise a first primary assembling piece and a second primary assembling piece, the first primary assembling piece having an end connectable to an end of the second primary assembling piece, the end of the first primary assembling piece forming at least two joint sections, each of the joint sections having a structure mating the end of the second primary assembling piece, the end of the second primary assembling piece being switchably jointed to one of the joint sections of the first primary assembling piece so that the second primary assembling piece is connected to the first primary assembling piece in a position-adjustable manner to respectively define a first size and a second size of the back frame, the second size being different from the first size.
