Disclosed are a lacquer - ultraviolet-curable paint film and a forming method thereof. The lacquer - ultraviolet-curable paint film according to the present invention radiates far infrared rays beneficial to a human body and has excellent antibacterial and deodorant functions owing to pulverized natural stone. The lacquer - ultraviolet-curable paint film according to the present invention comprises: a lower paint layer formed of the mixture of a solvent for dilution and a first paint composition composed of, on the basis of wt%, A) 50 to 70% of acrylic resin, B) 1 to 10% of aluminum, C) 3 to 10% of a colorant, D) 4 to 10% of pulverized natural stone, E) 0.1 to 5% of an additive including one or more among a defoamer, a dispersant, a surface active agent, a sedimentation preventing agent, a photostabilizer and a silicon compound and F) a remaining solvent; and an upper paint layer formed of a second paint composition composed of, on the basis of wt%, A) 1 to 1.2% of a photoinitiator, B) 10 to 15% of urethane acrylate oligomers, C) 10 to 15% of acrylate monomers, D) 0.1 to 5% of an additive including one or more among a defoamer, a dispersant, a surface active agent, a sedimentation preventing agent, a photoinitiator and a silicon compound and E) a remaining solvent. |
