Provided is a prefabricated panel with a light-weight and strong structure and remarkably improved productivity. The prefabricated panel includes: a planar nonflammable board interior material which is formed at a predetermined thickness by processing a mixed material including nonflammable expanded vermiculite; an external member which includes fastening parts protruding from both end parts thereof rearward and seating parts formed inside the fastening parts so that the nonflammable board interior materials are seated and which are formed of a fiber reinforced plastic material to be integrally extruded; and a joint member which includes fixing protrusion parts adhering and coupled to internal surfaces of the adjacent fastening parts of the external members to connect the external members with each other and a connection part connecting the fixing protrusion parts with each other. The fixing protrusion part is extended at the predetermined width to pressure and fix the external surfaces of the nonflammable board interior materials seated on the seating parts, and has pressuring fixing surfaces extended from the end parts thereof to pressure and fix the external surfaces of the nonflammable board interior materials seated on the seating parts and to be horizontally in contact with the external surfaces of the nonflammable board interior materials. |
