The present invention relates to nanoink and manufacturing method thereof, a thin-film ultracapacitor electrode and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to nanoink including biomass and manufacturing method thereof, a thin-film ultracapacitor electrode and a manufacturing method thereof. A method of manufacturing ink according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a step (1) of mixing biomass, water, and activation catalytic and manufacturing a mixture solution; a hydrothermal carbonization step (2) for mixture solution; and a step (3) of filtering a hydrothermal-carbonized mixture solution and manufacturing nanoink by using a filtered solution.
