摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a fizeau interferometer, and more specifically, to a fizeau interferometer for easily arranging an image point, which easily arranges an image light point proceeding in an alignment mode and a test mode on the center of a rotational diffusion filter (a screen) and the monitor when measuring the surface level of the optical surface by being equipped with a zoom lens capable of taking images from a wide-angle to telephoto on one side of a common optical path of the test mode and the alignment mode arranged inside the fizeau interferometer. The fizeau interferometer has the alignment mode and the test mode. The rotational diffusion filter, the zoom lens, and a camera are formed on the light path accommodating the light processing in the alignment mode and the test mode. Therefore, when being used in the test mode, the fizeau interferometer easily controls the size of an interference pattern to be easily observed, using a telephoto mode and a wide-angle mode of the zoom lens. When being used in the alignment mode, the fizeau interferometer can perform high-precision alignment of the image point by magnifying the image point, which is focused after being reflected from a reference plane and a test plane, using the telephoto mode. When the image point is out of the monitor, the fizeau interferometer performs wide adjustment, using the wide-angle mode, so that the image point can be quickly and easily arranged into the cross hairs of the monitor.</p>
