An apparatus comprising a device for filling containers with a liquid, said device comprising a sensor set, an adjustable valve, and a control system, wherein said sensor set is configured to measure a value of a parameter set, said parameter set having one or more parameter values, wherein said adjustable valve is configured to pre-set a flow rate of said liquid, and wherein said control system is configured to adjust said adjustable valve to achieve a particular current flow rate based at least in part on rate values for a prior fill operation associated with said parameter set.
