An apparatus for shifting a double parked vehicle according to the present invention includes: a body having a driving shaft rotatably installed to transmit driving force; an operation lever rotatably connected with the driving shaft to provide the driving force; a plurality of pressing rollers rotatably installed in the body in close contact with a vehicle wheel; a plurality of driving rollers rotatably installed in the body for the friction with the ground surface and making inclined surfaces against the pressing rollers; and a power transmission unit to transmit the driving force generated by the operation lever to the pressing rollers and the driving rollers. The inclined surfaces are symmetrical to each other about the driving shaft. |
