The present specification relates to a method for continuously preparing modified conjugated diene polymers, polymers obtained therefrom, and a rubber composition comprising the same. According to the present specification, provided is a method for continuously preparing modified conjugated diene polymers which have high molecular weight and excellent processability by controlling distribution of molecular weight.
