The present invention relates to a tablet including fermented turmeric and a method for preparing the same and, more specifically, to a method for preparing a tablet including turmeric, comprising: a step of obtaining fermented turmeric by inoculating a strain into a medium including a turmeric extract; a step of obtaining granules by adding fermented turmeric powder obtained by milling the fermented turmeric, and a diluting agent and granulating; a step of obtaining a tablet by compressing the granules; and a step of coating the surface of the tablet with a mixture of water, coating agent, and a pigment, and to a tablet including fermented turmeric prepared thereby.
