According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus to produce a three-dimensional (3D) object includes: a spray nozzle (20) to spray powders at a preset rate such that a powder layer (m) is stacked on a working table (2); a power supplying unit (30) to supply powders into the spray nozzle (20); a gas supply unit (50) to supply high-pressure gas into the spray nozzle (20) to allow the spray nozzle (20) to spray the powders at a preset rate; a heating unit (60) provided on one side of the spray nozzle (20) to heat the powders supplied into the spray nozzle (20); a powder sintering device (70) to sinter the powder layer (m) stacked on the working table (W); and a control unit (10) to control at least one of the spray nozzle (20), the powder supplying unit (30), the gas supply unit (50), the heating unit (60) and the powder sintering device (70).
