The present invention relates to a recording medium of information sharing environment provision between medical information systems using smart card authentication according to an embodiment. To perform medical information linkage function via VHBR communication, the ubiquitous healthcare card system environment comprises the following steps: compressing and converting existing medical image files; using RF communication to store and search the medical image information in data in a smart card; managing access via smart card authentication for security of medical information in the smart card; and recording medical information in the smart card.
