<p>The present invention relates to a vending machine of cutting, drying, roasting, and selling beef or fish and, more specifically, to a dried slice roast vending machine which has a structure of automatically discharging a dried slice roast in an optimum state by: quickly and accurately transferring the dried slice with a heater which heats and roasts the dried slice; and preventing the dried slice from being burned by sensing the state of being roasted by the heater as sound. The dried slice roast vending machine is able to automatically sell a dried slice which is deliciously roasted without being burned by: transferring the dried slice packed in a hygiene wrapper toward a consumer without a conveyor; roasting the dried slice by driving the heater formed with halogen lamps in case a consumer puts the dried slice into the vending machine to roast the dried slice; and determining a roasting time by sensing a sound generated when the dried slice is roasted. The present invention enables the vending machine to be managed hygienically since a consumer is able to eat a dried slice by roasting the dried slice packed in a hygiene wrapper.</p> |
