<p>According to the present invention, provided is an injection molding control method including a step of preparing an injection mold (1), which includes a stationary mold (10) communicating with a gate (14) to have a first cavity (12) in a lower center portion thereof, a movable mold (20) correspond to the first cavity (12) to have a second cavity (22) in an upper center portion thereof, a movable pin (30) which is inserted in a through hole formed in any one of the first and second cavities (12 and 22) and has an upper end portion provided with a pressing end (32), wherein the upper end portion is exposed through the through hole, and a hydraulic cylinder (40) for moving the movable pin (30) over a predetermined distance; a step of joining the stationary mold (10) and the movable mold (20) such that the first and second cavities (12 and 22) face each other; a step of injecting a molten resin through the gate (14) into a shaping space (S) formed by the first and second cavities (12 and 22); a step of operating, when holding pressure is applied to the shaping space (S) after the shaping space (S) is filled with the molten resin, the hydraulic cylinder (40) to insert the pressing end (32) of the movable pin (30) over a predetermined distance into the shaping space (S) filled with the molten resin; a step of cooling the molten resin with the pressing end (32) of the movable pin (30) inserted over the predetermined distance into the shaping space (S) filled with the molten resin; a step of separating the movable mold (20) from the stationary mold (10) to take an injection molded product out; and a step of operating the hydraulic cylinder (40) in a direction to return the movable pin (30) to an original position thereof.</p> |
