The present invention relates to mortar for a floor, and more particularly, to an eco-friendly expansive admixture using industrial waste which is capable of compensating for drying shrinkage of mortar for a floor to prevent the mortar from cracking, and a mortar composition for a floor using the same. The present invention provides an expansive admixture obtained by mixing oil refining by-product ashes (J/A), combined heat and power plant ashes (C-F/A) and fly ashes (F/A); and mortar for a floor using the same.
