摘要 The present invention provides an acoustic diaphragm which is light in weight due to a small mass thereof, stiff due to a high modulus of elasticity thereof, obtains excellent sound quality especially in a high frequency range, as well as in a large frequency band, due to great internal loss, and simplifies a manufacturing process. The acoustic diaphragm according to the present invention is used in a microspeaker. In the microspeaker, a yoke, a magnet, and a magnetic plate are sequentially attached to a frame, a voice coil is inserted into a space portion formed by the yoke, the magnet, and the magnetic plate, and the diaphragm is attached to the frame and combined with the voice coil to generate vibrations. The diaphragm includes a first diaphragm attached to the frame in the edges thereof and a second diaphragm attached to an upper surface of a central portion of the first diaphragm. The first diaphragm uses any one among a film, an aluminum foil, and a titanium foil. The film is formed of any one among polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethyleneimine (PEI), a polyethyleneterephthalate (PET), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polyetherether ketone (PEEK), a polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), and polycarbonate (PC). The second diaphragm uses aluminum foil or a titanium foil as main ingredient, and is formed by attaching a double-sided tape or an adhesive to a lower surface of the aluminum foil or the titanium foil and coating carbon nano-tube (CNT) on an upper surface of the aluminum foil or the titanium foil.
