The present invention relates to a safety vest for protection from falling rocks. More specifically, a plurality of plate-shaped buffering materials are installed to be separated in a left and right direction and in an up and down direction on a back plate unit of the safety vest. A life line hole and an air hole are formed in a lengthwise groove unit formed between left and right buffering materials, so that a life line of a safety belt fastened on a worker′s body is withdrawn to the outside through the life line hole and ventilation is performed through the air hole. The buffering materials are installed to be separated in a left and right direction and in an upper and lower direction, so that the back plate unit can be easily bent along the curve of the worker′s body even though thick buffering materials are installed on the back plate unit. Accordingly, the safety vest is not uncomfortable to wear. The safety vest for protection from falling rocks of the present invention comprises a back plate unit (10); a front chest unit (30) which is connected with both shoulder parts in the front of the black plate unit and is separated to the left and right; and a neck protecting unit which is installed to be connected with the top of the back plate unit to be able to be attached and detached by means of a zipper (24). In the top plate unit (10), a plurality of buffering material chambers (12) are equipped to be separated in a left and right direction and in an up and down direction on the outer side surface of a back plate unit body (11). A buffering material (14) having a particular thickness is inserted in each of the buffering material chambers (12). The back plate unit body (11) on the bottom of the lengthwise groove unit (19) formed between the left and right buffering member chambers (12) to be separated to left and right includes the life line hole (18) which withdraws a life line of a safety belt fasten on a worker′s body to the outside and multiple air holes (16). |
