The present invention relates to a combination shower and scrubber. The combination shower and scrubber comprises: a shower head which is served as a handle, is divided into two sealed internal spaces, has a power supplying unit supplying power and a driving motor in one of the internal spaces to be sealed by an openable cover, and has a passage in the other side of the internal space so that water comes in and out; a rotating unit which is inserted into the outlet of the shower head and is fixed and installed to the shaft of the driving motor; and a lever which is installed on the outside of the shower head to selectively supply and block the water passing through the passage. The cover of the power supplying unit may be sealed by at least one opening and closing member which makes a power switch to slide to operate the shower head. The rotating unit may be screwed to the shaft of the driving motor in a rotation direction of the driving motor.
