<p>The present invention relates to a method for screening a TGase2 inhibitor or an anti-renal cancer agent, the method comprising a step of comparing the level of a TGase2 protein and a p53 protein monomer or polymer to a control. More particularly, the method treats TGase2 inhibitor candidate material in a cell that expresses TGase2 or treats anti-renal cancer agent material in a anti-renal cancer cell so as to compare the level of TGase2 protein and a p53 protein monomer or polymer that are expressed from the cells to a control. When the level of the p53 protein monomer increases or the level of the polymer thereof decreases, each case is discerned as a TGase2 inhibitor or an anti-renal cancer agent. The anti-renal cancer agent can be screened using the separated TGase2 protein and the separated p53 protein.</p> |
