<p>PURPOSE: A driving apparatus for a rotary table is provided to minimize noises and vibration generated when driving a timing belt and a pulley. CONSTITUTION: A driving apparatus for a rotary table comprises a base(100) installed in a machine tool, a rotary table installed on the upper side of the base, a ring gear(35) arranged concentric with the center of rotation and of the rotary table, a drive motor(110), first and second shafts(120,130) with first/second gear on one side and first/second end on the other, a coupling(140) coupled to the first/second end of the first/second shaft, and a power transmission which engages with the first and second gears to transmit power to the ring gear.</p> |
